Become a Supporting Organization

The Industrial Fabrics Association International partners with not-for-profit organizations and associations to promote its IFAI Expo Americas, the largest specialty fabrics trade show in the Americas. IFAI Expo Americas will feature traditional fabrics educational programs along with the Advanced Textiles Americas Conference, which will provide technical symposiums on composites, nanotechnology, nonwovens and much more. We invite you to partner with us—and reap the benefits.

When you become a Supporting Organization, IFAI will:

  1. Provide your members with the lowest registration packages (IFAI member rate).
  2. Provide discounted trade show floor passes to your members.
  3. Provide your organization with a complimentary 10 x 10 Exhibit Booth, if selected.
  4. Promote your organization as a Supporting Organization in IFAI Expo Americas promotional literature, garnering thousands of impressions worldwide.
  5. Promote your organization as a Supporting Organization on our IFAI Expo Americas website, providing your name, logo, and a link to your website.
  6. Provide editorial space in the IFAI Expo Americas Show Guide to describe the mission and activities of your organization in a 50-word description, to be provided by your organization
  7. Distribute your organization’s literature at IFAI Expo Americas.
  8. Prominently display your organization’s logo in the Supporting Organization display area.
  9. Provide to your organization one Full IFAI Expo Americas and Advanced Textiles Americas Conference registration package that you may award to one select member at your discretion.

  • Room space to hold your association’s meeting at our convention center. Take advantage of free meeting space and show organizer rates for Audio/Visual, Food/Beverage, and hotel room blocks. Subject to availability.

  • Prime sponsorship opportunities right where your members will be – educational programs, networking events, and a multitude of show advertisements and package sponsorships.

In exchange, IFAI asks that you perform the following:

  1. List IFAI Expo on your event calendars online, in your electronic communications, and print channels, and link to www.ifaiexpo.com by July 15, 2012.
  2. Send three e-mails to your members, informing them how they can take advantage of the partnership. IFAI will provide the e-mail text for your convenience. Include Barbara Connett on all email communications regarding IFAI Expo Americas 2012, bjconnett@ifai.com
  3. Post an IFAI Expo ad banner on your website that links to the IFAI Expo website by July 15, 2012. Send size and format requirements to Barbara Connett at bjconnett@ifai.com.
