IFAI Expo Americas 2012

Welcome to the IFAI Expo Americas 2012 Exhibitor Service Center!

Please enter your log in information in the login box in the upper right of this page (login details were provided to you in your booth confirmation email) to take advantage of the following online features designed to assist you in your pre-show planning:

• Update your online promotional listing form
• Pay your balance and view your invoice
• Check off the task list to make sure you do not miss important deadlines
• Submit a press release
• Add on sponsorship items to help increase your company's exposure at the show
• Read answers to frequenty asked questions
• Register your booth staff
• Access the Exhibitor service kit 

Installation
There will be no exceptions to the installation hours unless prior approval is received by IFAI.

Monday, 5 November - 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Tuesday, 6 November - 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m.

Trade Show Hours
Wednesday, 7 November - 10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Thursday, 8 November - 10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Friday, 9 November - 10:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. 

Dismantling
Exhibitors who start dismantling displays before the close of the show will forfeit all space selection points accumulated and be subject to additional penalties as stated in Item 18.

Friday, 9 November - 3:00p.m. - 10:00p.m.
Saturday, 10 November - 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

NOTE: Any display not claimed will be dismantled and stored by the exhibit service company at the expense of the Exhibitor.
