Installation
There will be no exceptions to the installation hours unless prior approval is received by IFAI.

Monday, October 25 - 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Tuesday, October 26 - 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m.

Exhibit Hall Hours
Wednesday, October 27 - 10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Thursday, October 28 - 10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Friday, October 29 - 10:00a.m. - 3:00p.m.

Dismantling
Exhibitors who start dismantling displays before the close of the show will forfeit all space selection
points accumulated and be subject to additional penalties as stated in Item 18.

Friday, October 29 - 3:00p.m. - 10:00p.m.
Saturday, October 30 - 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

NOTE: Any display not claimed will be dismantled and stored by the exhibit service company at the
expense of the Exhibitor.
